Where do I find the model and serial number for my floor clock?

The model and serial number can be found in one of the following places on your clock:

  1. On a label on the back of the clock.
  2. On a foil label on the inside of the front door. If the clock does not have a front opening door, the foil label is normally on the inside of the clock on one of the inside rails.
  3. On the inside of the back panel behind the movement
    * As you face the front of the clock, locate the left access panel
    * Remove the left access panel
    * Look at the back panel behind the movement for the information.  You
may need a flashlight to help illuminate the area.
